Shipping & Returns
Orders ship within 1-14 business days. This depends on the volume of orders and where your order is placed in the queue. We fulfill orders in order of when received. Shipping time estimate will take effect once the package has been shipped out.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Gea.Co does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. If you do not pick your package from the postal office and it gets sent back to us we are not responsible to ship it back to you. You will be responsible to cover your shipping cost again to receive your package or may receive a refund.
Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We ship orders internationally! For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from GEA.CO, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges. We are a small business and run everything exclusively by ourselves so in order to best serve you, we will happily give you a shopping credit in the form of a gift card to use on our site once you have returned your item. There is a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit.
Returns must be received within 7 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.
We do not issue return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit + $5 restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.) the item will not be accepted.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
We do not process price adjustments. In order to be eligible for discounts, the order must be placed during the sale dates with the discount code applied (if applicable), no exceptions.
Approved items purchased at regular pricing are eligible for a store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or store credit. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations.
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
