Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A. We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, which means we are on it ASAP. Sadly, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:
- Billing or shipping address update, Addition or removal of items, Change in color/size of items, Addition or removal of a discount code, Order cancellation request, Shipping method change
Q: My order says delivered but I didn't receive it.
A: Please contact your local postal office with your tracking number. If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim. Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. Gea. Co does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Q: I received the wrong item
A: Please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date so we can get your correct item shipped to you.
Q: Are your styles true to size?
A: Most of our styles are true to size. If they run large or small it will be noted on the product description.
Q: My product doesn't fit
Q: Why isn’t my discount code working?
A: Make sure that the code you're trying to enter is spelled correctly, and it hasn't been used before. If you are still having issues, please email us at Info@shopgea.co
Q: Do you offer price adjustments for flash sales?
A: No. In order to receive a flash sale discount, your order must be placed during the sale dates, with the discount code applied. We do not retroactively apply discounts.
